Flares are an IMMERSIVE MAX activity and progression measure earned by completing eligible missions and activities.

Each mission may award a fixed number of Flares. Eligible mission Flares can normally be collected only once by the same permanent MAX profile, even if the visible MAX ID later changes.

A valid mission may be replayed for private STREAK progress without awarding additional Flares or other FLARE-derived rewards unless IMMERSIVE MAX specifically states otherwise.

Flares are not money, cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be purchased.

MAX Credit is promotional account credit awarded through eligible IMMERSIVE MAX promotions and activities. It is not money and is not a payment account.

For example, "$2 MAX Credit" means two dollars of promotional MAX Credit for use under the redemption rules of eligible offers. The benefit provided by a particular offer may be different from the amount of MAX Credit required to unlock it.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MAX Credit is not purchased and is not issued in exchange for money paid by the user.

MAX Credit is not cash, a deposit, a bank balance, an investment, cryptocurrency or other financial asset. It cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash or transferred to another user unless IMMERSIVE MAX expressly introduces such a feature.

MAX Credit may be used only in the way described for an eligible IMMERSIVE MAX offer. Each offer may specify how much MAX Credit is required and what benefit that Credit unlocks.

MAX Credit does not guarantee a particular monetary saving, product, partner offer or future redemption opportunity. MAX Credit and related offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, caps, expiry dates, minimum spend, availability limits, geographic restrictions, campaign rules or partner-specific conditions.

MAX Credit has no cash redemption value outside the promotional uses expressly offered through IMMERSIVE MAX.

Every user can have a FREE MAX ID. MAX SELECT is an optional way to choose a more memorable available MAX ID for a one-time listed price.

You are not buying a number as an investment, financial asset or promise of future value. The MAX ID remains part of the IMMERSIVE MAX service.

MAX SELECT does not buy Flares, improve mission performance or provide a gameplay advantage over a FREE MAX ID.

Some MAX IDs cost more than others because memorable and low-number IDs have limited availability. Prices are the listed one-time prices for choosing and using those IDs within IMMERSIVE MAX.

MAX SELECT IDs cannot currently be transferred or resold. No resale value, future price or financial return is promised or guaranteed.

MAX SELECT owners may contribute qualifying mission Flares toward shared community Credit Drop targets.

When an announced target is reached, IMMERSIVE MAX may add the displayed MAX Credit amount to qualifying MAX SELECT MAX Credit balances.

The target and Credit Drop amount shown before a Drop is completed may be subject to published campaign rules. A completed and delivered Drop will not be reduced retrospectively.

Flares earned by users outside the relevant MAX Credit campaign may still count toward normal progression and leaderboards without contributing to that Credit Drop.

Rewards are intended for genuine participation in IMMERSIVE MAX missions and activities.

IMMERSIVE MAX may refuse, reverse or exclude fraudulent, automated, duplicated, abusive or otherwise invalid reward activity.

This does not automatically remove a user's legitimate MAX ID, Flares or other valid progression.

Some future MAX Credit offers may provide access to promotional benefits involving third-party partners.

Referral, invitation or similar promotional offers, if introduced, may have separate eligibility, attribution, caps, expiry and anti-abuse rules shown with that promotion.

MAX Credit is used within IMMERSIVE MAX to unlock an eligible offer. It is not intended to operate as money or as a payment method presented to a third-party retailer.

If an unlocked offer leads to a purchase from a partner, that purchase is made using the payment methods accepted by the partner and may be subject to the partner's own pricing, availability, delivery, returns and other terms.

Paid purchases will be subject to the purchase information and conditions shown at checkout, together with any rights that apply under applicable consumer law.

Where a purchase is cancelled, reversed or refunded, associated promotional benefits may also be cancelled or reversed where appropriate.

IMMERSIVE MAX may update these Terms & Rewards as the service develops.

Specific Missions, games, streaks, collectibles or future reward features may have additional published rules. Those feature-specific rules form part of these Terms & Rewards for the relevant feature.

Material changes affecting active rewards or paid features will be communicated where appropriate. The effective date above will be updated when these terms materially change.
